1. Order Processing Time All STRIKARIA orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. International Shipping Rates and Estimates STRIKARIA offers worldwide shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country and local carrier operations.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes STRIKARIA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
4. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the system.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, or if your package arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at [support@strikaria.com] with your name and order number. We will look into the issue with the carrier and assist you.
