Return and Refund Policy
1. Right to Cancel Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached), and in its original packaging.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your STRIKARIA product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the defect.
3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at [support@strikaria.com]. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty or not as described. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
6. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, personalized items, or specific intimate apparel.
